Tracker: Find my car, for iPhone · Last updated 24 August 2026
Tracker collects no personal data. Where you parked stays on your iPhone.
What we collect
Nothing. Tracker has no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising identifiers and no crash reporting. There is no third-party code in the app, and no account.
Where your parking spot is kept
On your iPhone. The location, the level, your note and your photo are stored on the device and shared with the widgets. We have no copy and no server. Deleting the spot removes it, and deleting the app removes all of it.
Location
Tracker uses your location to record where you parked and to measure how far you are from it. You can withdraw the permission at any time in the Settings app.
Background location and “Always”
Automatic saving needs location access set to Always. It uses significant-change location monitoring to notice that you have parked while the app is closed. It does not record your route and keeps no history of where you have been. Automatic saving is optional. Without it, Tracker reads your location only while you are using the app.
Motion and Fitness
Automatic saving also reads motion activity to tell driving from walking. It reads the activity type only. This is optional and stays on your device.
Notifications
Notifications are scheduled by the app and delivered by iOS on the same device. There is no push server.
Maps, addresses and directions
The map, the street name and walking or driving directions come from Apple Maps. Apple receives the coordinates involved, under Apple’s privacy policy. We receive nothing. The distance to your car is calculated on the device and works without a signal.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. There are no purchases inside the app. We receive only aggregate sales figures, which do not identify anyone.
Children
Tracker is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone.
